I think Ron and Hermione would tell Harry. And it won't really be a surprise for Harry since he has already figured out they like each other. ;)

any other opinions? i think that Harry will walk in on them kissing or hugging or something and then they will tell him, and of course, it just has to change him in some way or another. that's just how books work.

J.K Rowling will find some perfect way for them together. I agree with the whole Harry walking in on them thing. Then probably Ron will have a little man to man talk with Harry about how much he loves her and Hermione will be eavesdropping and loves Ron even more!!!

how will it affect harry? well, let's just say that if rhr survives, the books wil end catastrophically. Harry has got it in his head that he has no righ tto be with ginny and he is not gonna ge trid of that thought at any time soon. Ginn yisnt gonan come with im on ht ehorcrux hunt, and we know he needs love to be victorious. If not ginny, who else?

I don't think it'll affect Harry that much. Ron/Hermione are both of his best friends. If they're together, it might even make him happier. I just doubt he'll be focusing on Ron/Hermione since he's focused on Voldemort. I admit though that it would be really sweet to read more about the development of Ron/Hermione's relationship. Having them share more than a hug might just make the last book a whole lot better.

I'm looking forward to how JKR will write them to get together! :) It'll be really cute to read. Because there'll probably be a sort of tension between them because they have been best friends for the longest time, but they'll start getting used to each other. Maybe something will happen at Bill and Fleur's wedding?

too right!!! i do not think that harry has the right to be with anyone but ginny. i just reallly hope that ginny doesnt start dating some weirdos while harry is off saving the world!!! ginny is the flowergirl in bill and fleurs wedding so when harry sees her all dressed up he will feel really bad! j.k. rowling says that two of the main characters are going to die and one will be rescued. imagine what would happen if the horcrux was in ginny. ginny would probably kill herself for harry and then harry would kill himself for ginny. then ron would probably rescue hermione from something. i really hope that doesnt happen!!! welll, bye.

i think that possibly, ron and hermione would be kind of awkward around eachother, and they'll be much nicer to each other. Here are some possibilities that I think might just work...

1. They'll dance, of course,at the wedding and Harry will see it.

 2.Harry might walk in on them doing something, and Ron and Hermione will be all embarassed. Hermione (most likely) would tell Harry that they are together.

 3. Ron and Hermione have another fight (what else is new?) and end up finnally admiting things to eachother (and most likley start kissing eachother sensless)

 Anyways i just want to see a goddamn kiss for R/Hr somewhere along the line!

Hey everybody!!! this is my 1st post.

I was just wondering if anybody else feels that Ron and Hermione could possibly be a couple already by the end of the 6th book. Remember when Ron said to Hermione he loved her right infront of Harry. What was that about? Obviously something big must have happened between them. Ron would NEVER say that to her otherwise. I really hope that they aren't a couple yet though because I really wanted to see how they officially got together.

xtine - Ron said "I love you, Hermione!" because he was grateful that Hermione would look over his essay and correct it for him because his jinxed quill has stuffed the whole essay up for him. I think it kind of just slipped out of his mouth and Hermione interpreted it in a way that us sidekicks did because she blushed a bit. But Ron obviously didn't think it was that big a deal..he is sometimes quite ignorant.

i really wouldnt want them to be already in arelationship. that would spoil everything. i think we really deserve to see how they got together. i also think that it should be some intense scene. their history has shown that their relationship progresses only through intense scenes (fights disputes etc.) so this has to be something like that too. now as to how harry will find out. comeon!!!! harry knows! most probably when ron finally understands how he feels he's going to tell him and then harry will say yeah mate i knew all along! it was obvious! finally i think the return of krum will play a big role in pushing r and h together. his relationship with h after gof has been carefully put aside by jk. maybe he will be back to make ron realise his feelings.

hay!!! some of us are meeting in the ron and hermione in shipper groups at 10:30 on wed and thurs. anyone up for it???

I agree with penelope1985 on their relationship. I would want something to build up to a scene where we read the getting together of R/Hr. It would ruin it if just said, "Ron and Hermione were together," but there's no how, why, when, or where. I mean I would like them together, but it needs to be explained. If they do finally tell each other how they really feel, it should be expressed in a whole chapter or at least in details by J.K. Rowling.

Personally I think that Ron and hermione will have one of their little arguments and then because of all the tension Ron'll kiss Hermione and she'll kiss him back etc...

I don't know about arguing to the point of kissing, but maybe it's something close to that. The last book had them holding on to eachother. Maybe they aren't so much fustrated at eachother, but just tense. Maybe they get less awkward and who knows. They make kissy face lol.

You kno what I think? I think that something dangerous/scary happens to them where one of them almost dies or something and then in the relief of the moment they admit how much they mean to each other. You kno, very passionate, very emotional moment. Hopefully with a bit of kissing!!!!

 They probaly will agrue to the point of kissing. It would be so perfect for them. They probaly will fight and the one will tell the other to shut up and then the one will say make me and so the first person will just kiss the other.

Aww yea i would like that like first they fight over something about vicky because hes coming back in the 7th book!

i think at fleur and bills wedding hermione is goin 2 flirt with ron a bit and say something along these lines:

HERMIONE: come on ron lets go and have a dance

RON: what? who? ME!!!

HERMIONE: (blushes) you were the one who tried to ask me to the yule ball so now im giving you the chance!!!

RON: (bright red) emm....ok

HERMIONE: (looking very sattisfied and also turning a bit pink) are you afraid of touching me ron?

RON: ehhhh no ofcoarse not. i can do this. (he places his hands on hermiones waist looking slightly confused)

They dance slowly to the music. ron tries not to look into Hermiones eyes.hermione jus looks down at her shoes. Ron slowly bends over to hermione. hermione thinks he is reaching over to kiss her. She kisses ron on the lips but ron was only reaching over to get something out of her hair. but wen he gets the kiss on the lips from hermione he turned really red and hermiones face turns scarlet. they part away. luckily nobody saw them!! the rest is for you to decide!!

Harry will need to see what is going on with them. Espiecily since he will have nothing else to do since he lost his date when he broke up with Ginny. Plus I think alot of people who are at the wedding would want to see what is happening with them.

I don't think Harry is going to be upset or anything like that when he finds out about them I mean think about it he's both of their best friend...don't you think he picks up on some of the stuff we pick up on? I doubt it would be a huge shock to him...

Maybe they would be dating for a while and keep it hidden but than one day Harry walks into a room and there are his two best friends kissing. And he will be in a state of shock. And when he finally relieses what is going on, Ron and Hermione are trying, very embaresstly, to explain what he had walked in on. And Harry will ask how long that they have been together an dthen he will get all mad that they didn't tell him. So one of them says that they didn't want to bug him wiht it, what with everything going on in his life at the moment.  So he will be a bit mad at them, but will probably get used to the idea after a while, wheen he sees how happy that they are together. Plus they probably won't fight as much or at least wonn't have that many fights that go on for days. So he will be happy not to be stuck in the middle of them anymore.

I think somehing will happen at Bill and Fleur's wedding. It won't be anything huge, but its whats going to kickstart the R/Hr stuff that will come later in the book. I think they'll dance or something. Harry already kind of noticed the attraction in the last book, so I think he won't be too shocked. He's almost expecting it in a way. I don't think it will happen right away in the book because she's already been postponing it for the first 6, she won't be rushing into anything. I truly don't have a clue how she is going to get them together, but I absolutely can not wait to find out. I just hope she won't dissapoint us.
