This Petition made me crack up
Never in my life have I heard such hilarious *beep* coming from a Petition. I wanted to scream! This post is useless but honestly, I cant belive they are serious about Harry and Hermione being the "true ship"! Seriously, they are such idiots!

That petition was weird. I mean, I have no problem with the people who like the idea of Harry and Hermione getting together even though they know it won't happen. But how could you still think that they would have a chance in the last book?

And I've also heard HBP cements r/Hr, while others say it means nothing because they still aren't officially together by the end of HBP...

Well, the book makes it clear that they will get together, but they aren't actually together yet. So, yes, it cements the ship, and it does mean something.
