What will be cut?

Things I think will be cut (or shortened anyway) :

1. Detentions with Dolores. I think there will be one of these, same with occlumency.

2. SPEW. It wasn't in the last one.

3. Harry's interview with Rita. Miranda said she wasn't appearing in this movie so the interview will be gone.

4. Less DA lessons, maybe only one or two.

5. I doubt they'll visit the Hog's Head, probably meet in the common room or a disused classroom.

Q. Does anyone else have other idea on what they think will be cut?

I think that  they will cut out parts of Harry's summer at Privet Drive. Also that thay will probably cut some off the time away when Remus and the others come to get Harry.

Yeah, in the last movie they cut out Privet Drive, so this time they probably will too. They'll probably just skip to the trial.
