Thanks to Leaky for the tip off about a new article/interview with Jo Rowling who answered some questions about jobs/status of the characters in the series that should have been in the epilogue but wasn't included because Jo wanted it to be "nebulous" and "Poetic." Jo says that there is a high possibility of there being a Harry Potter Encyclopedia written by herself, coming out in the future, which would most likely answer every plothole and detail that didn't fit in the 7 books. Fingers crossed!
