Emma and Rupert signed on to the last Potter films!

It has been confirmed by Warner Bros. that Daniel, Rupert, and Emma are all coming back for the last two Potter films: Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows! Here is what Rupert and Emma had to say in an official press release, thanks Leaky:

Rupert: “Ron Weasley has become a big part of my life and not just because we’ve both got ginger hair! I’ve been so proud to play him and loved every second of being part of this world. I’m really looking forward to filming the last two films and being back with my ‘Weasley family’ and, of course, to seeing my good friends Emma and Dan. Thank you to everyone for being so supportive over the years; we couldn’t have done it without you."

Emma: “I could never let Hermione go—she is my hero! I love her too much and love what playing her has meant to me. I am excited and honoured to be finishing what I started and playing her in all seven of the films.”

Rupert Mentions R+H ...and again

In a new interview conducted by JewReview.net, Rupert Grint talks about his new film that is out now in the U.S., Driving Lessons, as well as about OoTP and HBP. When asked about what he wants to happen to Ron in the 7th book, he doesn't directly answer the question on his behalf, but he sidesteps it and says that a lot of people are saying that Ron and Hermione are going to get together. :)) He then talks about Alfonso Cuaron and Chris Columbus as possible future directors of Half-Blood Prince.

'Fox and Friends' interview with Rupert!

Go to RG.net to view the short clips of the interview Rupert gave to Fox news this morning. The interview was pretty good but the interviewer didn't seem to know much about Harry Potter.

Also, Rupert is coming in a close second at the Smack poll so keep voting for him. :)
